Place small amount (about the size of a quarter) in the palm of your hand or use a cosmetic scoop, smooth evenly into the skin in a massage like motion. This butter is very rich and a little will go a long way. For best results, apply immediately after showering while the pores are still open.
Some may find the butters are too “wet” or sticky feeling to be used on the hands throughout the day. The Good Stuff Shea Butter Lotion is excellent alternative (for day time use) for the hands and does not leave a greasy or sticky residue. For ultimate hydration with cracked and or callused hands, use Good Stuff Body Butter on your hands at night and wear a pair of cotton loves (for as long as you can stand), allowing the butter to absorb deeply into the skin.
